The Tam Kung Temple, the oldest Chinese Temple in Canada, was built in 1912, however this site has housed a Chinese Temple since 1876 until the original building was destroyed in a fire in 1911. It was started by people, for people and over the years continues to provide a Sanctuary, a place to go and a place to belong.

The play areas remain closed as no toys can be shared. Partnering with Toys R Us we were able to gather 44 boxes of toys to donate!! The dream was to collect enough toys and funds to keep the toys in the children's wing full up to and including Christmas -which we will definitely be able to do!
For Mother's Day we teamed up with Brentwood Bay Village Empourium to bring you a special tea box containing 17 different sweet and savory items.
Each box is lovingly presented with decorative lined paper, ribbon and flowers/rosemary. All orders received a fresh carnation from Brown's The Florist!
